The new release brings new innovations that provide you with significant capabilities to transform your business. The release contains hundreds of new features across all of the Dynamics 365 applications.
Below are just a few of the great new features from this release of Business Central 2020 Wave 2:
- Group VAT Functionality
The existing Making Tax Digital functionality have now been extended to satisfy the submission requirements for companies who operate under a group VAT scheme. - Background Checking of Journals
Now the user has the ability to switch on background checking of journals highlighting any potential posting issues before trying to post the user. - Posted Journal Ledger
A new posted section area in the system where the user can view all posted journals centralised and easily reverse/correct any previous journals. - Teams Integration
The ability to post Business Central links into Teams chat and see the pertinent data from that record directly in Teams. - Company Hub
The company hub provides a central area where user can define links to their environments to see the list of companies centrally. - Improved management of database and file capacity
Improved functionality in the administration centre allows system administrators to check data storage.
