During this phase, Creative will write the customisation elements based on the agreed technical design documents. All new logic will be coded, where possible, to use subscription events that affect areas of the standard Dynamics database so that future cumulative updates and/or upgrades can be more easily implemented.
Flexible Customisation
Dynamics Business Central is one of the most customisable systems in the world and is provided as Apps/extensions.
This allows Dynamics customers to benefit from the IP that their Microsoft Partner delivers, but also the IP that is shared across the marketplace through Appsource.
Requirements Delivered
For new customisations, an RFC is produced to document what the requirements are and how they’ll be delivered. If it’s IP that has already been created by Creative or another partner, then the App can be brought in as an Extension to the software.
Creative supports all the Apps and Extensions that it creates plus others on the market like Continia and Jet.
All development is tested internally and again by the users before it is deployed into the live environment.
