Go Live
Ensuring a Successful Outcome
During this phase, Creative will carry out the same upgrade as performed during the Data Upgrade phase (this is related to the data migration phase and will be done twice – the first as a dry run and the second for go live) and then apply all the approved custom objects. Other data will then be imported into the system, such as Document Capture Vendor templates, and then the system will be ready for use. Creative can be on site to assist, and to ensure a successful go live.

This is a big moment for our clients so it’s imperative that you don’t feel abandoned on your first day live. We can be on site or available remotely to answer any and every question that you have. All the Creative team want your project to succeed, so Go-Live is just as important to us as it is to you.
