Continia has released their latest version (version 6.0) with some great new features.
Document Capture is now available for not only Dynamics NAV but also both types of Dynamics 365 Business Central, On Premise and Cloud.
Some of the great new features include:
– XML files can now be imported, which is excellent and will create options and extend the scope of the functionality. The new XML Import module brings the possibility of handling electronic purchase invoices. It supports a multitude of international electronic formats.
– There are some field changes, both functional and additional, capturing information like ‘Identified By’ but also merging ‘Formula’ and ‘Fixed Value’.
– The layout has changed with captions being updated, and error messages improved. Some of these reflective of the approval process, some for clarification and ease of use. For example, in Business Central 2019 Wave 2, Continia has added factboxes to show the approval log and approval comments on the posted purchase invoices and credit memos list page.
The new version will be welcomed by users and will look great to prospects looking to automate their purchase process.
