You’re market leaders in the TV, film and charity sectors. Do you work with other industries?

Yes, from distribution companies and professional service firms to sports betting brands and educational organisations, we’re able to service a broad range of industries. However, if you’re not a good fit for us we’ll be very honest. If a retail organisation came to us, for example, we’d point them in the direction of a better placed partner.

Do you have an hourly rate and how does it compare to competitors?

Yes, £165.

Some of the hourly rates of Business Central partners in London are higher. Some rates elsewhere are lower. However, the real question is about value. For instance, if you’re a TV company, do you want to pay £165/hour to us, who know your industry inside out, or do you want to pay £150 to a company without that specialist insight?

The value of our team that implement the software is there for all to see. We’ve been doing this since the 1990s and have managed over 600 implementations, so you’re paying for the decades of insight and experience. We also try to automate a lot of processes for our customers through different apps so the ROI is often far faster than people expect.

How do you price for TV and film companies?

For TV and film, we ask a number of questions:
  • How many companies?
  • How many users
  • What customisation will you require?
  • What other apps will you need?
For example, if there were 5 user Just TV for one company, it will be around £10,000 for the setup. The 5 users would be priced at 175 pounds each per month, and that includes support as well. If they then said they’d need Cosmos reports to connect to that, for example, they’d be looking at another £500-600 a month.

Do you enforce contracts?

We work with our customers to agree contracts that work for both partners.

Our goal is to build a long term partnership, so we often invest considerable time developing contracts that help clients overcome their specific challenges and set the relationship up for mutual success.

If we become a client, who will be my main point of contact?

Once the project is ready to be kicked off, your point of contact be a combination of a Project Coordinator and Account Manager. These are the people within Creative who will be representing your project day to day and ensuring your interests are always prioritised.

How quickly can we get up and running?

It could be 2 months. It could be 18 months. It all depends on the complexity of the project.

Most of our clients will be using their system for the next 8-10 years – so do you really want that being hurried through in a few weeks?
