Business Central Support Consultant
We are seeking a Business Central Support Consultant to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions for clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of Business Central.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line and second-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Diagnose and troubleshoot functional and technical issues, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and offer effective solutions.
Work closely with the implementation team to support post-go-live activities.
Document and maintain records of client interactions, solutions, and technical guides.
Train end-users on Business Central functionalities and best practices.
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central support or consulting.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyse and resolve functional and technical ERP issues.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Problem-Solving:
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently.
ERP Knowledge:
Experience in finance, Job queues, supply chain, or manufacturing modules within Business Central would be advantageous
Certifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are a plus.
Tools & Technologies:
Familiarity with Continia, Jet, Dataverse, Power-BI, Cosmos
