We follow five clear and manageable steps when implementing new software for our clients:
Before we can do anything, we need to know exactly why we’re doing it. Scoping involves finding out what your requirements are and how we can best meet them. It gives us a clear goal and is the best way to make sure we’re in sync from the outset of the project.
Once we know what you need, it’s time for us to create it. Our software is designed to be customised and our development team really know what they’re doing. They even make sure the final design can be easily updated and upgraded in the future, so your software can continue to grow with your business.
This one goes both ways. Our team of experts are on-hand to make suggestions and show you what’s possible, and they’ll need your input to understand exactly how your business works. Many clients like to bring in members from a range of different teams to get a company-wide look at what the new software needs to do.
Our software solutions are made to be user-friendly, so a lot of people find they’re ready to go straight away. However, we always offer a training package to make sure you’re getting the most out of your new system. We can train someone in your organisation to act as a company trainer, or we can offer training classes of four people at a time.
We like to build on-going relationships with our clients, which means we don’t disappear once the job is done. Our team is always available for support and advice, even once your software is up and running. We strive to offer a first-time fix when you call, so you don’t get stuck waiting in queues or for call-backs when you’ve got work to get done.
