Our support contracts are designed to be flexible and cost effective, with a wealth of knowledge behind them. They offer unlimited telephone support and ‘over the Internet’ remote control of any PC, Server, or Apple Mac. In the unlikely even that we cannot resolve your problem from Creative, an accredited technical engineers will promptly visit your site.

VIA TELEPHONE - Speak with a support consultant from the relevant team (see numbers below). Calls are dealt with on a first come first serve basis and we aim to resolve issues on the first call. However, all support calls are logged and a call reference number issued - please ask for this number if it is not provided and quote it subsequently.
VIA FAX - For those customer who prefer, you may fax the details of your issue and any supporting information to us (see number below).
VIA EMAIL - Support emails are continuously monitored and we endeavor to contact you the same day. Please note for urgent issues you should contact us by telephone or fax.
