Horse and nomination data may also be imported from Equisoft equine software, while customised forms and comprehensive group reporting functions automate as much of the record-keeping and analysis process as possible.

HORSE RECORDS - Stores particulars of each horse with its asset and cost entries and acquisition/disposal details, reclassifies and revalues as required; all fully integrated with general ledger.
NOMINATION RECORDS - Stores nomination sales and cost entries, provides average stallion price, and produces nomination statements; all fully integrated with general ledger.
TRANSPORT RECORDS - Stores horse transport movements, calculates transport costs per job and provides automated sales invoicing for these.
EQUISOFT IMPORT FUNCTION - Imports horse particulars and nomination details from Equisoft, produces external keep invoices and internal keep journals.
