Production costing software may help The Green Lantern

Filming continues on the movie adaptation of The Green Lantern comic book.

Filming for The Green Lantern is underway and several scenes have been shot in and around the New Orleans, Louisiana area since March.

According to website Comic Book Movie the latest large scale stunt scene for the film - which may be making use of producton costing software - has been shot at the city's Seabrook Bridge - also known as the Senator Ted Hickey bridge.

The website credits a photograph apparently showing filming taking place near the four-lane roadway to a photographer called Mark.

Hollywood stars including Ryan Reynolds, Mark Strong, Peter Sarsgaard and Tim Robbins are expected to appear in the big screen adaptation of the comic book, which is due for release next year.

Production costing software may have proved useful for director David Yates in the creation of the two instalments of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, which has released it first trailer ahead of its release later this year.
