Just-PRODUCE helps Hat Trick access information quickly

The use of Creative Computing Solutions' Just-PRODUCE has proved to be of particular assistance for one television production company.

Television production companies considering what the introduction of TV accounting software can do for them may want to look at the case of Hat Trick Productions.

Creative Computing Solutions points out that previously the firm - the producer of shows such as Have I Got News for You and Drop the Dead Donkey - was using a number of "disparate" systems for its accounting services.

But by introducing its Just-PRODUCE system - Creative was able to help the company bring together its production costing processes, offering production accountants access to a unified system.

As such, not only can planned and predicted expenditure for individual projects be monitored - meaning that a closer control can be kept on spending - but such data may also be assessed as part of the firm's wider financial standing.

Claire Snedker of Hat Trick points out: "Just-PRODUCE has allowed us to automate many of our day-to-day processes, which has enabled us to gain real-time information quickly."

Such software saw Microsoft Dynamics NAV used alongside the integration of Movie Magic.

Other firms to have worked with Creative in the past in an effort to improve their business processes include Town & Country Fine Foods and Target Entertainment.
