CASH-FLOW FORECASTING
Ability to create multiple cash flow forecasts and automatic recovery based on the production budget.
COST MANAGER
Flexible cost manager to show live figures by production or contract with budget, current spend to date, accrual amount for purchase orders, estimated cost to complete, total cost and variance. Ability to record comments against cost lines for reporting purposes.
RESOURCES & FREELANCERS
  • Ability to enter a contract for a freelance employee
  • Weekly or monthly rate
  • A 46R report is available for all self employed
EXPENSES & ADVANCES
Employees can request advances for productions which act as a float for them to purchase goods/services. Advances can be requested in any currency.
RECLAIMS & RECOVERIES
Reclaims are made against other individual productions to a centralised ledger.
Recoveries can be manually posted or automated based on the current cash flow.
FRINGE COSTS
One or multiple fringe costs can be applied to a budget line. Fringe costs can also be nested.

PURCHASE ORDER PROCESSING
  • Purchase orders are raised internally from the project page
