Due to rapid expansion through acquisition, their existing Sage Line 50 was not powerful enough to cope with the complex monthly reporting requirements they now required by individual branch. Academy chose Microsoft Dynamics NAV to overcome this issue using the power dimensional functionality contained within the software as standard.
Creative used their Just-MIGRATE tool, developed in house with expert knowledge of Sage Line 50, to take all of Academy’s historical data from Sage Line 50 and automatically restructure the nominal ledger based on Academy’s new dimensional requirements. By implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV Academy has the right tools to continue with expansion without the worry of having the right business solution to cope now and in the future.

Scarlet are one of the UKs best known courier companies. Based in Slough, they needed a new fast financial system that would link with their Courier software Indigo. Microsoft Dynamics NAV fitted the bill perfectly. Vision OSS are a rapidly growing company in the VOIP (digital telephony) industry. They wanted to move their Sage accounts system to South Africa and took the opportunity to migrate to the powerful Microsoft Dynamics NAV. With a change of location and staff it was imperative that the migration of data was 100% accurate and included all the history that the company required.
